Countertop vacuum packing with VATA30

VATA30 is a countertop external-suction vacuum sealer for portioning and packing food in compatible embossed bags and rolls. The silver-and-black housing combines a front locking handle, a digital control panel and an integrated roll compartment. The supplied product sheet identifies the reference model as AP-30.

Dual pumps and two sealing lines

The supplied specification sheet lists 260 W maximum power, an 8 L/min vacuum flow and a vacuum range of −35 to −85 kPa. Two 3 mm sealing lines run across a sealing length of up to 30 cm. Controls shown on the machine include Seal, Pulse, Dry, Moist, Moist+ and Canister, together with three sealing-temperature levels. Roll storage, cutter and detachable base

The built-in compartment accepts rolls up to 30 cm wide and approximately 5.5 cm in diameter; the source sheet lists about 5 m of film, depending on thickness. The sliding cutter helps prepare a pouch to the required length. The base separates from the upper assembly as shown in the supplied detail photograph; follow the product manual for cleaning and keep electrical components dry.

Choose compatible bags and rolls

Choose embossed vacuum bags or vacuum seal rolls within the 30 cm sealing length. External-suction machines need an air path through the bag: check the bag compatibility guide and test your actual film and contents. Clothing compression bags with a round valve use a different evacuation method and should not be treated as food-sealing pouches.
